BioFlake™ is rich in Antarctic krill and provides all the conventional benefits of frozen krill without the need for refrigeration. This revolutionary flaked feed is designed to stimulate fish appetite and promote active feeding in a variety of species. The unique particle flakes float on the water surface and slowly dissolves while dispersing natural palatability enhancers into the water column. BioFlake™ can be used as a primary feed source, or only during those times when you need extra help encouraging fish to eat. It is ideal for use in first feeding fish, during or after medication treatment, after handling or transport, etc. 

 

Our customers are reporting active feeding when using BioFlake on Anchovies, Sardines, Herring, Atlantic Shad, and a variety of Salmonids including Chinook, Coho, Kokanee, Chum, Eastern Brook Trout and Rainbow Trout.

 

When added to fish feed starter crumbles (such as BioVita Starter or BioClark's Starter) even the most finicky fish will be encouraged to start feeding.
